:-: It's May Giveaway Day :-:

As part of the Giveaway Day that Sew, Mama, Sew! is coordinating, and as a way to say -thank you- for your past and/or present visits to my blog, I'm giving away:

:-: a handmade little bag :-:
It could be used to hold craft supplies or just about anything you can think of.
"cerises" in French = "cherries" in English
size: 7.5 x 9.5 inches

:-: a French cross-stitch book :-:
It contains patterns for 29 different alphabets, in small and capital letters.
The letters that I used to stitch cerises on the bag came from this book.
Knowledge of French is not necessary for using the patterns.

:-: vintage French ribbon/tape with initials :-:
In the past this was used to mark initials on household linens and clothing.
Now it's used to embellish handmade projects, just because it's pretty.

:-: and some other little surprises :-:
Just for fun. :)

If you'd like to participate (I will also ship internationally), please leave a comment including where you live and what you're doing today. Also, please include an e-mail address where I can reach you. The giveaway will be open through May 20, after which a winner will be randomly chosen. A bientôt !

:-:-:-:-:-:

Thank you for stopping by. Comments for the giveaway are now closed and a winner will be announced shortly.

  18. I would love to participate. I'm from Finland. I washed our car with my 1 year old and 5 years old =) It was a quite messy job. I'm taking 5 ladies (plus I have to take part of our kids too) to the stitcher's meeting we are having every year for one day. I can't ask anyone to come into our car if I don't wash it first! You can't imagine the amount of half eaten candies, air balloons, toys and gloves that I found =)

  117. Thank you so much for this lovely giveaway!!

I live in America, down south in Georgia. I am typing invoices for our business and hoping to get them out before the postman arrives this afternoon! So what am I doing here?! lol I am thrilled to have found your blog and that you speak French and English. I adore anything French! My grandfather was French but sadly passed away before I was born. I am fascinated with all the red stitching I see on French blogs, my way of staying connected I'm sure. :)

    Thank you and merci again!!
