:-: A Vintage Giveaway :-:


This giveaway is for two pieces of navy blue and white vintage fabric and some vintage labels. In the first photo the colors appear darker than they really are -- the second photo gives a better idea of the colors.

The fabrics are some of my favorites -- they are like new and have never been used, but they have that irresistible vintage fabric feel to them. The labels could be used for organizing your craft space.

Ce tirage au sort est composé de ces deux tissus anciens ainsi que de ces étiquettes anciennes. Sur la première photo, les couleurs paraissent plus sombres qu'elles ne le sont. La deuxième photo est plus réaliste.

Ces tissus sont parmi mes préférés. Ils sont comme neufs et n'ont jamais servis mais au toucher on sent qu'ils sont anciens. Les étiquettes pourraient servir à organiser votre coin créatif.

  23. Gingham fabrics are always adorable and this one is just great. Along with the flowery fabric it makes a wonderful combination...and the fact that it's vintage just makes it even better :0)

  26. Aaaah, ils sont trop beaux! C'est formidable trouver des tissus comme ça. Ici, à Barcelone, ce n'est pas évident de chiner des trésors comme celui-ci, et je me demande bien pourquoi.
    Ce qui est vrai est que chaque fois que je suis en France j'essaie d'aller à une foire pour voir si j'ai de la chance.

    To me - anything can be any colour as long as it's dark blue/navy/indigo...thse two in the giveaway make my hear beat faster.
    Blue , esecially the darker blues are the first colours I notice anywhere - in a wool shop, in a clotes shop, in a carpet shop.....and I don't know HOW it works but everything I have goes with navy ;))))

  61. I can't tell you how inspiring your fabric choices are. Alas such delights are hard to come by in North America - especially Canada because the French lost the war up here so many years ago. Sigh. I really can't wait for another opportunity to return to France and do a little scouring myself.
