I couldn't resist this 1920s/30s fabric when I saw it for sale. It's tattered and faded...but, oh, the charm of it.
Things I especially like about it:
:-: those rosy cheeks
:-: the "rain" on the umbrella that's actually from the watering can above
:-: the polka dot and plaid dresses
:-: the socks and shoes
:-: the springtime theme (so timely!)
On the subject of vintage fabric, I am still planning on doing a vintage fabric giveaway soon - I hope you'll stop by for it!

Hi! I love to hear from you. Please know that I appreciate your comments and e-mails even though I am not always able to respond. :-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-: I grew up in the United States and now live near Paris with my husband (who is French) and our son. I like all things vintage and making things by hand.

And what are your plans for this wondefurl fabric?
I have found your blog via Christy, what a lovely place you have here, so many treasures! The fabric is wonderful especially the colour.
It's so charming, where do you find all these beautiful fabrics, that I see nowhere else? Do you already have an idea of what you will do with it? I will definitely participate to the vintage fabric giveaway...(if I am not in the maternity busy with a new born baby!!). Bises

I have the book with this pictures, an old book ! I love !!!
Oh, how cute that fabric is!
what do you plan to make with it?
